In fact our system can prevent documents from being downloaded, copied, saved and even printed, which is ideal for client extranets that require the highest level of security. Our extranet system provides an audit trail that shows which users have viewed various documents within the deal room. It can also generate a document index as well as an electronic closing binder upon completion of the transaction.
