Synchronize Files and Folders with the Extranet:
The Synchronization application can automate additions, updates, and deletions between your local or network file system and the extranet.
Quick Edit Capability:
The Quick Edit component extends the capabilities of the extranet by providing a single operation for editing files. Simply select the "Quick Edit" option from the "Function" dropdown next to the document and the document will be checked out, downloaded, and opened in its native application for modification. After your changes are made, you will be prompted to enter a comment for the new version, and the finished file will be uploaded and checked back in automatically.
Extranet Upload Utility:
The Extranet Upload utility can be installed on a local Windows system to provide a quick method to send one or more files or folders to the extranet. The Extranet Upload utility can even update the Windows "Send To" menu, adding "Extranet" as an option.
Multi-File Download:
This component extends the capabilities of the extranet by providing the ability to select and download multiple files from the extranet in a single operation. Simply select the documents you wish to download and choose "Download" from the "Checked Document Action" dropdown.
